All shipping orders will be carried out by USPS. Shipping costs are based on actual costs charged by the shipping carriers.
We provide multiple options for payment ( We accept Visa, Master Card and PayPal payments. ) at Check out. If any of the options we provide are not available to you, please reach us out to provide you with alternative options.
* Services is Only Available in Puerto Rico* To provide more options for costumers that want to lower expenses we provide a pick up services. At check out choose *PICK UP*. Once we process the order we will contact you and provide a day, place and time in order to pick up the merchandise. You will need the order confirmation and ID to receive the merchandise.
Return & Cancellations
Our main goal is to bring you a great experience and that you be happy with your purchase! Unopened Items may be returned within 14 days from their delivery date. Before returning any merchandise please contact us.
Items must be returned to us in their original, unopened and undamaged condition, all items are inspected before delivery and taken a picture to ensure that the item was delivered in perfect conditions. If manufacture tape, seals or any other indicator of opening is identified, your refund amount will be denied.
In the event your item is received damaged, please contact us within 2 days of the delivery date and we will work with you to get you a replacement or refund. We reserve the right to offer a refund instead of a replacement.
You will receive a refund for the items original price. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
